The full nordeen collection is currently available TO preorder. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BRYONY SWEATER AND WINOLA COAT, ALL STYLES ARE made to order. EACH piece of attire REQUIRES AT LEAST 5-6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE, while The veils And cape require at least 3 months. EXPEDITED PRODUCTION IS OFFERED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST AND AVAILABILITY IS LIMITED FOR THIS SERVICE. IF THIS IS OF INTEREST, PLEASE MESSAGE US DIRECTLY FOR MORe info.

A preorder can be canceled at any time within 5 business days after purchase. In order to do so, please email design@nordeenbridal.com with your NAME AND order number. You will be contacted within 48 hours to assist in processing your request.

For made to order items, all sales are final after 5 business days.


SHIPPING

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and is calculated automatically at checkout. Any customs charges and taxes of the location are the responsibility of the client.

For the Bryony sweater and Winola Coat, Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be prepped and shipped out.

All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. At this time, nordeen does not offer international shipping for online orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your nordeen purchase.

At this time, return or exchange requests are only being accepted for the Bryony Sweater and Winola Coat. To initiate a return, please email design@nordeenbridal.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted within 48 hours to assist in processing your request.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any hangers and garment bags, with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Items must be shipped back within 1-3 business days of the return shipping label issue date. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and processing fees). Please allow 14 business days to process your return. nordeen reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that is damaged, altered in any way, or does not include the original packaging materials. Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by nordeen.

nordeen does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

If you wish to exchange the size of an item you purchased, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To inquire about a replacement size, please email design@nordeenbridal.com. Your requested item will be held for you and shipped out to your original address as soon as we receive your return.
